BBC presents 'Fight School'

BBC presents Fight School March 16th from 7.00pm at York Hall Bethnal Green.

After 6 hard months of intense training come and watch a team of underdogs take on the boxing world in a night of real Amateur boxing.

Fighting as Hawley Amateur Boxing Club, we have recruited a team of the least likely fighters in the U.K. Like many young adults they have experienced difficult times throughout their lives and the night is an opportunity for them to celebrate their journey, win or lose.

Support the team in a night of amateur fighting and celebrations that will be broadcast on the BBC. Entry is on a first come first served basis, so arrive early to avoid disappointment at the door. Registering for tickets does not guarantee entry. The event is being filmed for BBC TV and iPlayer therefore all audience members must be happy to be filmed and agree to our terms and conditions. No phones or devices will be allowed into the venue, lockers will be provided on entry if you decide to bring yours.

Ages 18+
The venue bar will be open for drinks and refreshments.

WHEN:

Covid status spot checks will be in place on your way into the venue. You may be asked to show your status, which requires one of the below:

- Proof of full vaccination (two doses), administered at least 14 days before the event through the NHS Covid Pass on the NHS App, NHS.UK, your vaccination card, or as a letter that can be requested by ringing NHS 119 or through an EU Digital Covid Certificate.
